A scenario where the S/O keeps stealing Ignis’s glasses and running off with them at camp

Not quite what you meant I think, but still very fluffy. 

It’d start out as just them being nice really. It would be after a major battle, with everyone quieter than normal. Too many close calls, too much energy spent. They’d notice his glasses were a little dirty on one side, and he’d either be too wrapped up in his own thoughts or too busy cooking to clean them. So they’d walk over and just simply take them off his face before saying quietly, “Let me get that for you.” 

They wouldn’t have a cleaning cloth near them, so they’d walk off with them. He’d be a little concerned, but trust them enough to return. But they wouldn’t. And he’d be a little concerned. He’d end up going to look for them, only to find them in the tent, laying down and just staring upwards with an exhausted expression on their face.

He’d chuckle upon seeing his glasses in their hand, cleaner than before. And they’d snap out of it and go pink in the face. They’d kiss him sweetly and hand them back to him as an apology. It’d look like they just got distracted and neglected to return them. Except….

The next time it’d happen they’d end up getting distracted by watching a video with Prompto while he was busy with Noctis. He’d eventually have to wander over and remind them to hand them back to him. They’d kiss his cheek and apologize again. 

The time after that would be when Noctis has taken a memento of theirs and they chase after him….with his glasses still  in hand. He’d sigh and have to wait for them to return before seeking them out to reclaim them. And when he does see them again, they’d catch his hand a press a kiss to his finger tips before wandering off. 

They don’t seem to notice the pattern. But Ignis is slowly picking up on it. He finds he doesn’t mind. A desire to be closer to him was endearing. And the kisses were probably just them being affectionate. He just wished he could see them clearly while they did it. 

Eventually, after this happens a few more times, when they reach for his glasses, he surprises them by leaning forward and pressing a lingering kiss to their lips. When he’d pull away, they’d grin, but still offer to clean his glasses, He’d let them, and be pleasantly surprised when they return with them this time.
