Lately I’ve had had a lot of Papa Cor feels, as in even more than usual, so this will be an absolute joy to answer to.

Papa Cor takes Baby Prompto to the Citadel and he meets the Baby Chocobros for the first time.
Cor is still in absolute Papa Panic a couple months into being dad of a stolen baby.
As being single Papa took him off-guard, he’s always a bit too paranoid about dear Prommy’s health and wellbeing.
Cor usually left baby Prommy with the neighbor because Cor was scared of taking him too far from the house.
(He’s so small, dear Astrals, and so fragile, I don’t want anything to happen to him 😦 )
As a noble and working for royalty, Cor has access to daycare within the Citadel itself, but 1. He absolutely FORGOT in his PapaPanic, and 2. He had not wanted to take Prommy there because he feared Prommy could get lost in such a huge place.
Because Cor knows his son, he just knows Prompto can somehow exit rooms like he can cross walls magically.
((Cor’s tried to spy him to see because, well…who knows, Prompto is from a Nif lab, what if he can go through walls o h m y g o d))
Cor you stupid thing.
However, one day, the neighbor was not available, and no matter how many people Cor phoned, no one was available to go take care of Prommy.
Cor did not want to hire someone for it because HOW CAN HE TRUST SOMEONE HE DOESN’T KNOW, IT’S HIS SON HE’S TALKING ABOUT, HE NEEDS SOMEONE OF HIS FULL ABSOLUTE TRUST.

So Cor had no option but to take Prommy to the Citadel daycare.
I will do my best! I did a request where the bros have a s/o with hypoglycemia (a condition I have) but doing one where they’re recently diagnosed is new! I’ll try to do a few different things. Thank you so much ❤
Prompto is going to hold them very close after their therapist gives them their diagnosis. They’re somewhat relieved, angry, afraid – there’s so much going on and so much to do after that they’re overwhelmed. Prompto promises it’ll be okay, that he’ll be there every step of the way and that it’s the first step to getting better. He’ll make sure they take it easy for a few days and will be sure to spoil them more than usual.
Ignis is by their side through every blood test and doctors appointment, even if he had to wait in the waiting room. He himself is nervous and impatient, but he hides it well. He’s somewhat relived – as are they – when there’s finally a diagnosis, but the two of them hadn’t really planned for the steps after. Ignis won’t be afraid to ask their doctor any question he has and does his own research in each medication and the side effects. He’ll make sure his partner is comfortable and safe through out every step of their recovery.
Gladio will be afraid when the diagnosis comes back. It’ll seem like anger and he’ll hate himself for being a little aloof for a short time, but he has to work out his feelings before he can be completely dedicated to his partner. Gladio is by their side the moment they ask, but also knows they may need their space as well. He’ll read to them, help them do any type of self care, and asks Ignis for simple recipes.
Noctis knows the pain and boredom of hospitals and bed rest. He’ll sneak in their favorite books and game devices any time he gets the chance and is certain to visit them at least once a day. If they’re are out of the hospital he’ll bring them pieces of outside – chocobo feathers, flowers, a cool rock from the river bed – every day and even brings his bros by to keep them company. He’ll do his best to make sure they aren’t lonely.
Okay, so, I had a funny thought. I was writing a self insert to make myself feel better after a root canal and realized I’d be the biggest fucking Mary Sue ever.
This AU has been stewing in my head for the last 2 weeks I just had to do something drastic—I love Eyeshield 21 so much I am craving to see my favourite FFXV characters in the esteemed sport 🙂

-may or may not be competent depending on his caffeine intake for the day. Take out ebony in his arsenal and he’ll turn into a demon in the field.
-the famed “Shield”
-will protecc his quarterback from blitzes 10/10
-has the most records for enemies’ harsher injuries, also mostly due to his stubborn temper
-will pave way for their runningback like a FUKKEN LAWNMOWER
-self-proclaimed “Quicksilver”
-will catch any and all balls (that’s what he said)
-makes sure to complete every pass the quarterback does
-has ‘stage fright’ every beginning of a match but changes demeanor once he steps in the border of the field

-living embodiment of lazy genius
–got his ridiculous speed from running away from responsibilities
-looks like he’s so done with the world but he gets serious with playing and doing the best for his team

-irritates Ignis because he keeps foiling their strategies
-the living embodiment of cockblock YOU SHALL NOT PASS
We do write for Ardyn! We just don’t get stuff for him.

Ardyn:
I don’t think Ardyn sleeps at all, or if he did, it wouldn’t be for long. I think that he’ll just watch you sleep or do something else.
But if he sees you struggling to sleep, he’ll do a number of things for you.
The MT guards would become butlers for you, bringing you warm drinks and clean pillows and nice smelling oils so he can massage your back and shoulders.
He’ll treat you like a queen/king like this, just to help you fall asleep.
Gladio:
Gladio has no problems falling asleep. As soon as his head hits the pillows, he’s out like a light.
He’ll wake up as soon as you say something or shake him a bit and ask what’s wrong.
He has no problem making tea for you or cuddling you tighter, he’ll do anything to help you fall asleep.
If all else, he’ll open the lamp beside him, grab a book from the pile on his nightstand and read it to you in a low, gravely voice.
Ignis:
Ignis is hit or miss when it comes to sleeping, it just depends on how much work he has left and how much he drank.
But his priority it you, and he’s doing everything he knows to help you fall asleep.
He’ll start out with methods he knows that can help him fall asleep, but if they don’t work, he’ll go on to other methods. His favorite one is to share a warm bath.
If you take medicine for insomnia, he’ll be sure to remind you to take it for whenever it’s prescribed.
Noctis:
Noctis, like Gladio, does not have a single problem sleeping.
But, unlike Gladio, this boy needs explosions to go off around him to even stir him.
But if you manage to wake him up, he’ll do some things that he knows helps Prompto whenever insomnia comes creeping up.
He’ll even bring back a huge pile of comfy blankets and pillows to wrap you in if it’ll help you to sleep.
Prompto:
Prompto, like you, has insomnia. But he knows how he can help both of you.
Warm tea/milk, calm music, no screens. He just hopes that this helps you out.
These work for him, but he knows that you could be different and this may not work for you.
If anything, you two would just stay up together and stay silent, trying to close your eyes and drift off.
Finally, somebody who understands him when he talks about how exhausted he is! Nobody understands the royal exhaustion like his own blood relatives!

He honestly suspected he had a sibling or two he didn’t know about out in the world. Clarus was a ho
You knew about him and Iris, and you grew up knowing you were the product of an affair which was… odd. You kinda didn’t like him because of this, but once you actually met him you were cool
He introduces you to Iris and you three have such a good relationship, it’s like you grew up with them
Ignis
He wants to know where the hell you’ve been hiding. Did you know about him growing up?? Why is life like this
Did you have a better childhood?? He wants you to teach him how to be a kid. He’s not gonna say that’s what he wants, but it’s what he wants
He gets a little sad that he didn’t know about you growing up. You’re amazing company, you’re low-key his new favorite person to hang out with
Prompto

Technically you’re both just escaped clones, but you’re also so different it makes him wonder how the fuck cloning even works. You look more like a sibling than you do a clone
It goes without saying that once you two get to know each other, you’re gonna cause all kinds of chaos. Ignis is tired just thinking about what you might do
