I’ll do my best! But i’ll admit this has me a little stuck. It’ll be short. 

Noctis would love the color of their hair. Like someone stole the light from the moon and put it there. But… he hates the cost of it.

His S/O loves the sunlight. And Noctis has to, for their own sake, keep them away from it. Even when they beg to go on a date with him during the day.

Their skin and eyes wouldn’t be able to handle it, and he’d never want to hurt them, even by accident.

So most of there activities involve staying indoors. There are a few times when they go outside at night though. But because of the city lights, they have to put on sunglasses. Their eyes might burn without them. 

And they do draw attention. There’s no avoiding that. But he’d quietly say the expected things, like “they’re staring at how lovely you are.” or “they’re not looking at you they’re looking at me.”

But either way, both would know the reason. Here in Insomnia, having albinism is rare. And the white hair and sunglasses at night is a dead give away.

But they manage. They manage and ignore the stares for the most part. 

They focus on each other and that’s enough. 

Prompto:

He, like noctis, would enjoy their hair color. 

Except he’d be taking picture of them sitting in moonlight, their hair hanging around their shoulders. 

“I look silly Prompto.” “Shush! Who’s the photographer, me or you?”

He’d happily snap away and they’d indulge him. 

And in the photo he takes of them, he’s careful to only show the best of them. 

He knows that the reason they don’t go outside at night is that they don’t like being seen. 

He knows they don’t like how they look. 

But damn it he like how they look just fine, and he want them to think so too.

So the photos mean more to him than them, but he hopes that one day, he’ll find that perfect photo that makes them see themself as beautiful.
